Benefits of Yoga:

1. To increase flexibility and range of motion regular yoga practice makes the spine more flexible and muscles more supple according to leading fitness experts. What's more, they maintain that Yoga increases flexibility, strengthens and lengthens the whole body, increases range of motion of joints.

2. To improve your ability to focus Yoga improves focus and mental clarity.

3. Yoga can fix imbalances in muscle groups where one muscle group has been strenghted and the other group ignored over time. This means one muscle can remain weaker than the other even though they work together to perform a specific movement. For example, the rear muscle of the arm should also be trained when the front muscle of the arm (bicep) is being trained. Otherwise, injury can occur over time.

4. Yoga relieves chronic aches and pains that often accompany regular training. As a result, you have less pain and more agility and mobility, which allows you to react more efficiently.
